Late Saturday Post
I have received encouragement. #1) Kind words. I did not realize that people's kind words would motivate me so much. It is my desire that I not only would help myself but help others #2) People subscribing to twitter that updates my diet/progress is SO encouraging.
I just want to let everyone know that it is hard for me to work out. I'm sure I am not alone in this and I need to step up. Right now I workout on Tuesday & Thursdays. This simply won't be enough.
I have to do cardio, I just can't do it for too long...thanks for checking in. I will keep you updated.

Friday's Weight Results
I got back on the wii fit...my results were 31.12 BMI. Anything higher than 30.00 is obese according to BMI.
This happens to be 217.5 pounds which was my weight 30 days ago. This will be the starting point I supposed.
I need to be losing weight. Like I said before I am at the age (25) where I could either choose to be fit or let myself go and have a battle with health issues the rest of my life.
Thanks for those who are following...to be honest with you that is encouragement that has forced me to take this seriously.

Where I am Sitting Februay 4th
I have been afraid to get back on the wii fit. I will start weighing myself and posting it every Friday.
To let everyone know what I have been doing. I have been eating a bit unhealthy (except at Chickfila, I get chargrilled chicken now!!!).
I have been working out with a personal trainer on Tuesday & Thursdays for 30 minutes. This Friday I will see if there are results. Stay tuned.

Now I'm Rested
So the wii fit challenge did not get started off to a bang did it? I like to think of the long break as me resting for the challenge.
To be completely honest with you, I still need the help. I am getting more and more overweight every day. I am at a turning point in my life. I am 25 years old and I am afraid that if I let anymore time slip away there might be no turning back.
Here's my fingers crossed to the wii fit challenge continuing.

Err, I did not workout today...I wanted to, I did not forget, but I was unable to.

Breakfast: Cereal & Toast
Lunch: Zaxby's Chicken Finger Plate (it was a social lunch)
Dinner: Chicken Alfredo (my wife is a great cook)
