I have received encouragement. #1) Kind words. I did not realize that people's kind words would motivate me so much. It is my desire that I not only would help myself but help others #2) People subscribing to twitter that updates my diet/progress is SO encouraging.
I just want to let everyone know that it is hard for me to work out. I'm sure I am not alone in this and I need to step up. Right now I workout on Tuesday & Thursdays. This simply won't be enough.
I have to do cardio, I just can't do it for too long...thanks for checking in. I will keep you updated.
