My personal trainer has been sick today and I have not been on the wii fit. However, I have made an effort to eat better...though as you can see on my twitter, its not real anything to write home about. Just cutting out McDonalds and cutting down on fast food.

My weight update is to come but I am afraid of the results.

how about a wii fit challenge with me? I am 250, need to be 195ish. I used weight watchers and wii fit to drop 35lbs before, gained it all back though when I stopped both. Just started today again.
I'll send you my updates, or you could follow my tweets (username: cusetwit), and we can compare percent weightloss at the end of a period of time.
